The idea behind Operation ROCC is that every school is a faith community of its own.  It has leaders waiting to be discovered and they can be used to promote a healthy, active, faith filled atmosphere in the elementary school.

Operation ROCC is a program developed to give children and young adults a chance to experience Jesus through the retreat experience.  As John Paul II said"I propose to you, to make your faith alive: Have a personal encounter with the resurrected Lord, an encounter to open your eyes and palpitating heart."

Operation ROCC Retreats are designed to help children and youth engage in a person; relationship through a variety of creative prayer experiences.  ROCC retreats are based on themes in their religion courses and encourage the development of the Ontario Graduate Expectations. ROCC retreats create a great opportunity to connect what they are learning with a real life experience.  Retreats help the youth see that our faith is a celebration of our Christian heritage a journey that keeps changing and challenging us to grow.
